品質體系

世界先進已建立TQA(全面品質保證)運作體系,運作系統架構如下圖所示:

TQA 運作體系涵蓋四個構面,包括:DQA(Design Quality Assurance)、VQA(Vendor Quality Assurance)、MQA(Manufacturing Quality Assurance)及SQA(Service Quality Assurance)。
